●Manufacturing Process Engineer
○チームの中で機構構造設計を担当
・プローブ全体のスペシャリストとし機構・筐体設計・プロセス設計
・3DCADツールはPro−Eを使用(経験は不要)
・Leading design visualization efforts with 3D CAD models and essential
component and assembly details to explore multiple design options
・Developing innovative designs to meet all requirements for performance,
reliability, cost and manufacturability ・Developing engineering
design concepts for components and electromechanical assemblies that
have tough requirements for size, precision, reliability and cost
・Leading quality engineering projects that provide imaginative solutions to engineering and customer issues
・Developing and maintaining mechanical subsystem quality and engineering project funnel
・Influencing cross-functional teams to implement quality actions
・Delivering improvements to customer focused metrics ・Providing
guidance and requirements to new product development teams in order
to improve quality of new releases ・Validating product sub-system reliability performance
・Conducting analysis of installed base and new product reliability using FMEA,

◎BS in Mechanical Engineering, Applied physicsor, or Science equivalent
(defined as 7 years relative engineering experience)
・3 years experience in mechanical design or project engineering
・Experience with Weibull Analysis and DFR tools
・英語力は読み書き(メール対応は毎日)、会話についてはアレルギーがない程度ISS(Imaging Sub System)部門所属。
全体で30名だが、プロセスエンジニアチームは4〜5名。

●SCM Specialist OPSI Specialist Ultrasound
○Drive overall modality performance by achieving optimal balance between Orders, Production, Sales and Inventory (OPSI) and maximize customer satisfaction.
・Lead Monthly and Quarterly Equipment Sales Execution for the modality.
・Own "green flag" touches before procurement.
・Lead weekly WBS for the modality.
・Own modality backlog for the pole to ensure Backlog Quality according to GE Healthcare rules.
・Consolidate Modality Forecast and builds PSI Playbook for the pole.
・Set field inventory target per region and drives Distribution inventory to meet targets.
・Focus on recovery actions Partial Shipment & CSO installation to better serve our customers.
・Identify root cause for non-quality issues related to the Modality and leads action plan for Improvement within the pole.
・Ensure Phase In - Phase Out with polar downstream Marketing Team.
・Develop operating mechanisms with the regions door installation cost (overrun & under run) and Customer concessions follow up to optimize modality margin.
・Approve and manage Demo & Consignment inventory.
・Make interface with Global Fulfillment Leaders and Global modality Champions to ensure efficient communication between GSC and distribution poles.
◎Excellent written and oral communication skill in Japanese and English.
・5 to 8 years experience in Logistics, SCM and Process roles.
・Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, global team environment
・Capable of working under pressure and available after normal business hours
・Basic knowledge of Financial or Accounting

●Senior SCM Manager
○This is a key leadership role on the Commercial Operations team in both Japan and Asia Pacific
(ASEAN, , Korea and Australia/New Zealand). In this role, OTR(Order to Remittance) and OPSI Manager is responsible for driving the revenue operations for the business and managing all of the communication and coordination between the modality sales, marketing, install, operations & supply chain teams.
・Owning, creating & driving PSI (product sales inventory) and managing customer commitments and priorities, driving order fulfillment to achieve the quarterly sales targets for the business
・Organize & coordinate recurring communication operating mechanisms, data reports and metrics to support key business imperatives, order execution and improve on time delivery performance
・Execution of sales forecast
・Responsible for developing the data & analytics to create & support the business estimate for each quarter
・Leading sales, production and inventory planning with the goal of optimizing sales, margin, capacity and inventory
・Operational lead for annual Physical Inventory (PI). Working with internal stakeholders, and Finance to ensure appropriate resources are allocated and processes in place for pre-PI, during PI, and post-PI activities.
