●法務マネジャー
○A Senior Legal Counsel is primarily responsible
for structuring and negotiating highly structured
commercial contracts with GE Healthcare key
strategic and corporate account customers. These
multi-million dollar transactions typically
include a wide range of GEHC equipment, software
and service product offerings and may include
offerings from other GE business units. Acting
as a strategic business partner the Senior Counsel
is expected to provide advice to the senior P&L
leaders on observed opportunities and strategic
direction. Reports directly to the General
Counsel for a business unit within GE Healthcare
or in the larger businesses, may report to a more
senior counsel.
・Work with the business team as a business partner
to identify opportunities to drive business forward,
e.g. working with business development in
structuring, negotiating and closing of complex
acquisitions/ to develop legal processes /
templates for new business and commercial models.

・Advising the business on regulatory, privacy,

・Applying combined business and legal judgment to

◎Reqirements
・BA degree in Law or equivalent,
・Must have US Bar or be a qualified lawyer in Japan
・4- 8 (more if the role is broader in scope) years
of business law experience at a large law firm or
corporate legal department, including previous
experience of drafting, negotiating and closing
complex business transactions (i.e. purchase, sale
and distribution agreements).
・Previous experience in identifying and resolving
legal issues quickly and effectively and ability
to make on the spot risk calls.
・Previous experience prioritizing conflicting

○The Finance Manager of Diagnostic Ultrasound & IT
takes a P&L ownership for Japan Diagnostic
Ultrasound & IT (“DU-IT”) sales team and has
management responsibility for 1 temp staff.
