Execute Brand strategy by leading cross functional team , activities for Medical society, peer to peer meetings, speaker development through good relationship with KOLs


・Oncology Marketing, Oncology Business Unit
Senior Specialist, Marketing
・Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) the following:
・Execute Brand strategy by leading cross functional team , activities for Medical society, peer to peer meetings (national/regional), speaker development through good relationship with KOLs
・Generate Promotion materials and training materials
・Improve the awareness and reputation of Pembrolizumab and Oncology Business Unit through discussion with KOL and External experts in GI cancer area
・Lead the cross-functional project team to develop implementable business plan both short-term and long-term
・The business plan should be developed taking various factors into account; market insight, competitor benchmark, policy and regulation trends, customer needs, compliance and execution risks, business impact on, ex-Japan/ ex-pharma best practices e.t.c.
・Facilitate discussion with KOLs, future key stakeholders and external experts in order to make the business plan viable and innovative
・Develop strategic roadmap and transformation plan to realize the business plan
・Orchestrate execution by leading the pilot planning and bridging the knowledge/ capability to relevant functions
・Report to Steering Committee and gain alignment with senior leadership
・Collaborate with global HQ resources and contribute to global growth initiative


  • <必須>
    ・Understanding and application of project management methodologies
    ・Experience in tracking and reporting on complex projects
    ・Logical and convincing: must be able to influence others
    ・Strong analytical skills (both quantitatively and qualitatively)
    ・Leadership skill to solve problems
    ・Communicates effectively with others in individual as well as group situations
    ・Good relationship with KOL in Lung cancer field
    ・Experience in Marketing in pharmaceuticals company at least 3 years
    ・English skill are preferred

    ・Experience in strategy of branding/positioning, or in preparation of promotion material
    ・Experience in developing KOL management strategy/Sales Strategy
    ・Experience in Marketing in Oncology area at least 3 years, preferably with GI cancer (Gastric cancer, Colorectal cancer etc.) marketing experience
