募集要項

The role will be responsible for 1. Managing day-to-day operations in Japan HR Operation function, including employee life cycle management, compensation and benefits administration, vendor and outsourcing services management etc. 2. Lead the HR transformation project in Japan to ensure the operation model could support the Japan business.
・Manage overall employee life cycle processes including on-boarding, movement and termination etc.
・Manage the overall benefits process of statutory and supplemental benefits programs.
・Manage administrative tasks within HR operation scope e.g. employee enquiries, time and attendance, employee certifications, VISA support.
・Work closely with the operation team, Compensaiton team and an outsourcing vendor for quality processing of the routines and special projects.
・Manage the vendors to ensure their service deliveries meet the company requirements and service level agreement.
・Ensure the HR operation compliance with SOX and audit / legal requirement.
・Lead the standardization and continuous improvement sessions.
・Lead the HR transformation in local from HR operation perspective, build the HR service model to support the Japan business.
・Provide excellent customer service to internal clients (Employee / Manager / HRBP / CoE etc.) and partners.

募集条件

  • ■Experience(Mandatory)
    ・A minimum of 5 years experiences in HR operation function(payroll, compensaiton related) in a multi-functional firm.
    ・Experienced in HR operation team management, process design and re-engineering, standardization and continuous improvement.
    ・Experienced in HR transformation and HR service model setup in Japan market
    ・Experienced in working within regional HR team model.

    ■Experience(Nice to have)
    Work experience with non-Japanese conterparts or a non-Japanese manager.

    ■Skill-set(Mandatory)
    Effective team management skills including management people development
    Fluency in technical details of operational tasks in HR areas suchas ayroll processes
    ・Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
    ・Balanced judgment and effective management of multiple tasks and time

    ■Language(Mandatory)
    Both Fluency in Japanese and English
