Brand Manager Consumer Health



To manage and execute brand plans to in order to maximize sales, profit and brand equity in
the long term.
To accelerate the focus behind new product development projects and ensure brand pipeline
development and with roll-outs in place each year. He/she also identifies market opportunities
and explores new vehicles to drive business growth.

1. Develop and manage brand planning and execution to optimize growth over a 5year
horizon. Plan, organise, and implement sustainable successful brand building marketing plans
consisting of consumer advertising, promotions (national and regional), stock coordination,
point-of-sale materials, premiums and new opportunities for all brands.
This should be done in conjunction and in alignment with the sales function, and where
possible, all trade partners.
2. Develop and apply consumer insights to marketing strategies and execute against brand
plans to achieve the net sales targets, whilst managing and controlling the P&I expenses and
all other marketing related cost centers.
3. Locally develop full advertising campaigns from scratch.
4. Liaise with Global Marketing to identify brand opportunities. Development of NPD plans and
brand stretch strategies. Marketing input into acquisition/licensing plans for the division.
5. Identify and act on market trends, customer needs and competitor activities. Proactively
communicates with key customers.
6. Ensure efficient inventory control of the brands, via an accurate monthly rolling forecast and
inventory tracking reports. This is to ensure that divisional inventory targets are met & lead
S&OP; meetings.
7. Ensure that Corporate Compliance policies and procedures are enforced within CH
standards. Responsible for adherence to regulatory requirements and industry code of ethics.


  • ・Tertiary qualifications in Marketing (degree level)
    ・Minimum 2 years brand marketing experience
