外資製薬メーカー工場にて製造マネージャーを担当いただきます。

募集要項

Deploying Manufacturing Excellence activities in OS and P&D PETs(Process Execution Team) in collaborating with PET leaders, PET team leaders, Operational Excellence, Engineering and Quality. Deploying LEAN Centric culture under strict control of Regulations, GMP rules and policies and code of conduct.

A key member of the PET team, contributing to the delivery of the PET strategy and performance targets.

This person directly report to OS PET Leader, and provide shared service to 2 PETs(OS and P&D).

Roles and Responsibilities, including accountability and key metrics
In addition to the general description of the parent profile role for this job function, the following summarize key result areas, specific accountabilities and / or tasks, etc. associated with this job title

・ Establishing a LEAN culture and practices by deployment of manufacturing excellence initiatives in OS/P&D PET. The person is fully accountable for deployment of all manufacturing excellence activities to PETs in collaborate with operational excellence team.
Metrics; Projects on-time delivery and their achievements
・ Leading and Implementing Business Process Management activity, to become Maihara as a pilot plant to BPM.
Metrics; Projects on-time delivery and their achievements
・Working with global / regional / local team to implement good practice into PET. These practices must comply with GxP, all regulations and all global standards.
Metrics; The number good practice of implementation and “how” these practices are embedded in the site.
・Leading operational excellence deployment in PET. (E.g. PET process standardization, GMP Procedures upgrading, new product introduction process)
Metrics; PETs key metrics (OEE, Work efficiency, and safety/Quality KPIs) and their improvement.
・ Developing people capabilities and improving people engagement by day-to-day coaching
Metrics; Focus survey, engagement score.

募集条件

  • ・ 5-8 years total experience
    ・At least 3 years in Lean, Six Sigma implementation
    ・Excellent leadership to lead people engagement, communication, lead by example and proactive approach
    ・Ability to work as one team
