契約の円滑かつ効率的な運営を確保する責任。マネジメントプロセスとシステムこのポジションの重要な責務

募集要項

・ Guide and monitor efficient and effective Contract Management operations and tasks
including:
Support contract caretakers in the pre-signing phase to check contracts for completeness,
accuracy and to ensure the right approvers and contributors (stakeholders) are included.
Ensure the management of contracts in the post-signing phase (e.g. data accuracy,
management of scanning and archiving, etc)
Provide reports and statistics of system usage and process KPIs
Provide training for the process and system to end users as needed
Provide process and system support as needed
Ensure proper handling of Hanko
・Establish and enforce local process operations, policies, procedures and organizational
setup in alignment with local stakeholders (e.g. Legal, Finance, management, division
managers, etc)
・ Manage and improve daily service operations, responding to service demands and taking
appropriate action to resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
・Ensure competitive, efficient and innovative services are provided through continuous
improvement, standardization and use of best practices based on global and externalnovate Power to change
benchmarks and frameworks
・ Contribute to the global CMO community with sharing of best practices and project
participation
・ Ensure professional communications of CMO services to employees and stakeholders
・ Supervise and provide consultation to temp staffs for daily enquiry

募集条件

  • ・Preferably university Law degree or equivalent but not a must

    ・ At least 3 years working experience at company Legal department
    ・Knowledge of contract management processes including IT system and related collaboration
    tools
    ・ Preferably leadership experiences on managing operational teams (small to medium size)
    ・Strong cross-functional expertise from financials such as tax, legal, accounting to business
    ・Proven experience with leading major projects and developing strong working relationships
    with stakeholders and project team member.
    ・ Excellent communication and interpersonal and negotiation skills
    ・Decision making and problem solving skills and ability to interface at senior level with third
    parties/ development partners
    ・ Strong business experience, with international exposure
    ・Ability to embrace change and be able to work in a changing environment

    ・ Fluent in both English and Japanese (TOEIC 750 or above)

    ・Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer - centric solutions.
    ・Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
    ・Making sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to
    effectively solve problems.
