The position is responsible for driving the implementation of marketing plans through marketing campaigns

募集要項

・Build (prepare, implement, coordinate, control and evaluate) Marketing strategies for product portfolio to create demand, define the positioning properly in the market, and maximize the products life cycle.
・Make analysis and report regularly about the competitive environment, relevant markets development, key products in the market, market performance and competitive pricing.
・Lead meetings and discussion over the actual market development and its relevance to prepared Marketing strategies.
・Assure of being compliance with local legal requirements and following the requirements of organizational operational standards (SOP) in the course of preparation and implementation of marketing plans and campaigns. Manage schedule and keep timelines during approval process and meet all anticipated milestones and product launch campaigns by keeping planned deadline
・Responsible and be highly effective for the use of organizational resources such as delegated Marketing budget. Take actions in the most effective manner within the time frame and implement tactical and operative plans through Marketing-Mix in alignment with agreed Marketing strategies.
・Monitor the expenses and control the budget of marketing campaigns
・Work and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders across different functions/departments and BUs.
・Effectively liaise with Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, L&D, regional/Global marketing and coordinate meetings to assuredly achieve the target of marketing campaigns. Keep Director informed of those interactions and possible requirements with country specific situation or targets.
・Participate in relevant internal or external working groups and projects
・Work as conduit, Keep efficient contact with local and regional market stakeholders (Associations, KOLs, Universities, Press/Media). Actively work on market intelligence and update veterinary and animal health market status. Stay connected with market information and influences.
・Visit fields on regular basis, be accessible to market situation and customers. Keep good relationship with customers and/or Key opinion leaders (KOL).
・Update logistic forecast, financial plans and actual market trends to members
・Participate in making plans as per the request of Director.
・Plan, budget, and make arrangements for national/regional congresses and symposia

募集条件

  • ・Knowledge and experience in Marketing and product marketing
    ・Minimum Univ degree. Major in veterinary medicine, agriculture, life-science, practice in animal health industry preferred
    ・High level of professional independence in implementation of work tasks, excellent organizational and planning
    ・Analytical, strategic and tactical thinking, advanced presentation skills, communication, team-cooperation and coordination skills
    ・MS-Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
    ・High motivation and engagement
    ・Proficiency in English
