外資製薬メーカーにてEHSおよびリスク管理に関連する適切なサービスとソリューションを日本に提供

仕事内容

・Deliver the results as committed as the Group targets which are in line with the Department strategies and targets

・Develop annual plan (incl. local strategy) as the Group BSC which is aligned with the Department’s strategy
Set the target for each initiative based on the group BSC
Secure resources to implement all activities and projects based on the annual plan
Implement activities and deliver the results as committed

・Maintain EHS and Risk Management systems in the state of art which comply with the latest regulations and standards
・Develop action plan for activities (committee, training, drills and etc.) on annual basis
Conduct annual review for both systems and procedures of EHS and Risk Management, and kept the systems in the state of art based on the latest regulations and standards
Realize safe workplace with sufficient level of Hygiene at Offices and sites
Secure lived-BCP throughout Japan in order to prepare for risks of business interruption

・Provide appropriate services and solutions related to EHS as well as Risk management across Japan
・Lead EHS Committee to govern EHS related topics (target setting, monitoring, decision making, endorsement for result)
Take initiatives as secretariat of Crisis Management team / Risk owner in timely manner to support appropriate decision making
Maintain Risk Management portal in intranet to foster Safe culture
Provide appropriate services and solutions based on the needs from other functions
・Improve routine processes to increase process robustness and cost efficiency
・Collect the latest information, industry standards, new technologies for further improvement
Challenge “status quo” and conduct analysis associated with the infrastructure
・Propose and implement better solutions
・Take measures as preventive solution
・Implement trouble shooting

・Contribute to Network sites and implement global initiatives

Secure connectivity with network
Conduct benchmarking and best practice sharing
Implement global initiatives, and give feedback for further improvement
Collect information within the network
・Support to the head of E&E Department to achieve the Department goal
・Support to the head of Dept. to achieve the goal
Develop Departmental BSC with related managers
Report the progress/concern/issue to the head of Department
Demonstrate AAI behaviours by example

Contribute to people development
・Create open atmosphere for speak up culture
・Provide consultation to members for their career development
・Encourage people to develop own career plan
・Provide feedback to members for further improvement or enhancement of competencies in appropriate ways

・Interfaces (e.g. with other functions or business units)*
・HP Business:Customer Facing Team, HR, Finance, IT, Medical, Marketing, KPRI (IU)
・HP Supply:Production, SCM, Quality, Production Technology Depts.
