Global Analytics & Data Foundation team is the inhouse analytics mind, and a trusted sparring partner to enable strategy implementation with elegant advanced analytics, purposeful & focused data-driven insights, and innovative views on Business Solutions.

The role of Insight Finder within Global Analytics & Data Foundation team is to develop customized analytics models and algorithms to identify valuable and actionable insights within large internal and external data sets.

Work in squad teams with different stakeholders, as well as Business Translators and Business Analysts, etc., to identify opportunities of leveraging data to solve business questions / challenges
Explore and model structured and unstructured datasets to generate insights, and work with domain experts to turn them into actionable plan
Create and implement algorithms for segmentation, predictive modeling, forecasting, simulation, and optimization
Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy

【Major Accountabilities】
・Insight Finder is responsible of deciphering insights from existing assets through running advanced analytics, prototype for ad-hoc analytical projects, and support analytics assets/tools building, etc. The scope will cover the followings (not limited to):
・Commercial/G2M Analytics
・Investment Effectiveness
・Patient / HCP Segmentation
・Clinical Development Analytics
・Finance/Audit Analytics
・Talent/People Analytics
・New Launch Mission Analytics
・Legal, Purchasing Analytics
・Corporate Performance Analytics
・Supporting the Analytical Asset building (for above areas)

応募条件

【必須事項】

・Degree in Computer Science/mathematics/statistics/busines or similar field
more than 4 years of Master or PhD or more than 8 years of B.A expereinces of using various programming languages (R, Python, etc.,) to develop and apply machine learning methods and algorithms to address business priorities

【Language Skill】
・Japanese JLPT N2 or higher (ideally native Japanese, but given how effective is in terms of English it is a great environment for technical talent with Japanese capability in speaking)
・Business level English fluency (given the need to work with international colleagues closely this is a must)
