仕事内容

Strategy and Planning
- Develop and communicate DI business strategy to sales & marketing and other
stake holders
- Focus on customer buying criteria, account targeting, positioning, programs and
sales force direction

・Market intelligence and Upstream Marketing
- Clarify Japan requirement through customer interviews and other researches and
upload them into HQs
- Identify current/future market opportunity and competitor threats and reflect to
strategy and tactics
- Compile comprehensive competitive information (competitive strategy, pipeline,
customer behaviors) to develop anti-competition messaging
・Program Development and Execution
- Develop and execute key programs to meet business objectives
- Drive new product launch as a project lead and manage executions with PDCA
process
- Work with supervisor to develop and manage KOL and influencers
- Analyze sales funnel and actual figure to achieve business plan and take measures
to achieve business plan.
・Drive BMT Value proposition-clinical, economy, efficiency
- Translating DI product combination into application to benefits for customers
- Transfer knowledge to enable sales/marketing team to speak with confidence

応募条件

【必須事項】

・Education: University degree or equivalent business experience
・Skills:
Marketing experiences in medical industry for 2-3 years
・Familiar with the history of contrast media, the mechanism of action and side effects
・Experienced in both contrast agent business and injector business
・Familiar with KOL in the field of radiology.
・Strong analytical skills
・Business English skills

・診療放射線技師資格
・「調べて理解して絵にして説得して実行する」の全てのプロセスがバランスよく長けている
・人間力（説得し実行するプロセスでは必須）
