仕事内容

As a MSL in Japan, you will be responsible for leading disease and market awareness, patient journey and customer analysis, and engagement, project execution. You will work to foster deep and meaningful partnerships with HCP’s and Pharmacists resulting in long-term ongoing opportunities that drive treatment choice for patients. You will create a value cocreation partnership with each customer to break away from the competition by generating privileged insights and positioning RRD as a partner.

What to do as an MSL
・ Develops an Medical Affairs Plan within a RRD framework, with an overall foundational objective to connect patient needs with science.
・ Identifies unmet medical needs as core value and goal of RRD
・ Effectively implements project investment including medical budget in line with the local country code of practice to deliver future value. Maintains an accurate track of spending (planned, committed and actual) at all times, and remains within agreed budgets
・ Proactively identifies emerging new customer needs and leverages these to provide new customer solutions and feedback loop into Global RRD organization
・ Ensuring HCP’s have accurate information which can be reflected in guidelines
・ Sharing experience with other regions and global management team
・ Acting as the key point of contact for all customers as scientist of targeted disease within the region and is accountable for the success of the disease awareness in the assigned accounts
・ Identifying pain points and barriers to and within, the Patient Journey and working with the customer to address and overcome them, ensuring the best possible outcomes for patients and families
・ Working with the customer to identify and remove barriers to patient access
・ Takings personal ownership for maintaining an expert understanding of all relevant clinical information of disease for RRD brands, in specific areas

応募条件

【必須事項】

・ Bachelor’s degree in Science
・ Experience of a customer-facing job such as MR / sales force
・ Experience in Endocrinology
・ Strong scientific understanding of Pharmaceutical Development processes
・ Strong sense of patient and customer-centricity
・ English conversation skills for periodic meetings with global team

英語力：Strong business communication in Japanese
English (highly preferred) sufficient to communicate in business

【歓迎経験】

・ 5+ years experience in medical affairs / 2 years in institutional KOL management
・ Ultra-rare disease area knowledge and experience is a plus
・ Strong business communication in Japanese (required) and English (highly
preferred)
・ Pharmacist
