仕事内容

Position Overview:
In this position, you are expected to achieve the following objectives.

Customer needs realization:30％ Mid to long term production planning activities.

Priority planning for the optimized balance between supply ＆ demand for MTS / MTO products
Including GMP change control reflection on supply planning.
Rough-cut capacity planning for the key finite loading resources in warehouse / production / quality testing ＆ release
API related material sourcing ＆ MRP
Year budget planning for volume ＆ timing
Shopfloor line asset design ＆ planning

Efficient ＆ effective flow improvement:60％ Supply ＆ planning related project lead.

Planning process improvement project
Deploy ＆ utilize the company cutting edge digital SCM tools to accelerate digitization to visualize up-to-date supply chain status ＆ issues for business decision quickly working together with global SCM, technical support functions ＆ other global network sites. (Including KPI management)

Value stream flow improvement project
Select configurations of supply strategies (push / pull / both replenishment models) per each product characteristics to realize efficient ＆ effective operations based on tact time.

SCM technical performance improvement in team:10％ team lead ＆ planning subject matter expert.

Planning team leader ＆ planning technical expert
Coach ＆ support team members technically for planning showing his/her bench-mark performances ＆ mind-set to other team members as planning SME to drive team performance improvement. Support planning lead ＆ act as a substitute when his / her absence.

【必須事項】

・SCM planning hands-on experience of 5+ years * FMCG preferable
・ERP system hands on knowledge ＆ skills (SAP ECC/APO, Kinaxis Rapid Response)
・SCM business level English (Equivalent to TOEIC more than 800 level)
