Context of job opening
As first, Customer Service Role,
・Manage customer order taking, delivery notification, actual delivery
arrangement, documents management to Japanese customers.
・Work with Import planner, QARA, sales and 3PL warehouse.
・Customer Master data management
・Report to Supply Chain head in Japan.
・Attend Global level project In future, Purchasing role
・PO creation and forwarding PO to Global Customer service.
・Manage Order Confirmation and Delivery schedule.
・Manage import and delivery from site to Japan W/H and customers
・ Arrangement of Import and delivery to Warehouse
・Attend global S＆OP meeting
・Supplier Data management
・Attend Global level project

As a first, to manage Customer Service role.
・Receive orders from customers and communicate with Sales team for order receipt.
・Check stock status in order to create delivery to customers.
・Work closely with Import Planner, QARA team to confirm materials inspection completion timing for delivery
arrangement.
・Contact customers to handle delivery related matters.

・Communicate with 3PL for all delivery related matters.
・Send delivery slips to customers
・Manage material allocate with sales team.
・Manage delivery issues as customer contact window.
・Create report.
・Work with Global Customer Service team.
In future, to manage to import materials.
(Ex-Stock business)
・Creating PO based on Sales’ Forecast
・Receipt of Order Confirmation and Delivery schedule.
・Follow up if the shipment is on truck
・Arrangement of Import and delivery to Warehouse
(Indent)
・Forwarding PO from Customers.
・Forwarding Order Acknowledgement to Customers
・Follow up if the shipment is on truck
・Customer support for Supply Chain matters
(Common)
・Supplier Data management
・Attend S＆OP meeting
・Attend Global level projec

応募条件

【必須事項】

Education / Experience
・University degree or above
・Business Level English skilled: TOIEC above 800
・Experienced in customer service as contact window to customers
・Experience materials procurement.
・Good understanding of business process and ERP. (Especially for sales and distribution area).
・Experienced strong use of MS office (Excel, Word and Power Point).

Technical ＆ Hard skills
・SAP : Sales and Distribution.
・SAP : MM module (Purchasing and planning related

Soft skills
・Understand of basic of supply chain and order management
・Communication skill in Japanese and English
・Negotiation skill
・Have owner ship to manage his /her role
・Work with others effectively
・Logical thinking
・Basic Knowledge of GMP and GDP is preferable.

【歓迎経験】

・Basic GMP knowledge preferable.
