医薬品原薬におけるプレインブマネージャーとして営業活動

仕事内容

・Drive all API sales activities for Japan on assigned accounts to achieve budgets (Turnover, Margin).
Responsible for developing businesses, analyzing market needs and negotiating commercial
conditions with customers.
・Securing purchase order from customers and managing stable supply of API to market by
appropriately forecasting demand and preparing with Supply Chain team and production sites.
・Create business strategy for key APIs and customers for Japan market with Line Manager, Zone Head,
Product Portfolio Leaders in line with global strategy.
・Collaborating with Key Account Manager and CDMO to closely address key customers and maximize
business opportunity for future growth.
・Reporting the business activity to Line manager weekly basis, and reporting business results,
projection and strategy to managements periodically at business review meeting.
・Contribute to human development by sharing my knowledge and experience as API sales with all the

【必須事項】

Education / Experience MUST:
・API sales or API procurement management
・Technical ＆ Hard skills MUST: Business communication in English (speaking, writing, reporting,business negotiation)
Soft skills

NEED:
・Knowledge of JP Pharmacopeia / Extensive knowledge about API, its market, customers and competitors / Understanding a set of regulatory affairs, quality requirements and specific rule or regulation in Japan

OTHERS:
・Knowledge in chemistry / Negotiation skills / Problem solving
skills / Leadership skills to play a central role in managing sales projects /
