・担当カテゴリー:間接財資材。マーケティングプロモーション資材、メディア、広告代理店、広報代理店、派遣・業務委託、Travel、カード、講演会(担当領域は別途決定)。
国内・リージョン・グローバルとのアラインメントを取り協業を図る
・ソーシングマネージメント:担当カテゴリーの購買戦略(1-5年)を作成、導入
積極的なコスト管理:購入方法を最適化させ、もっとも競争力のある取引先を選定し、価格交渉を実施し、コスト削減を実現する
・市場開拓:担当カテゴリーの市場を把握し、Insightを抽出し最適なサプライヤを選定する
・業者管理:担当業者と協業関係を構築し、常に最適な状態で購入できる環境をつくる
・品質管理:適切な品質レベルを担保する(例:KPIの設定、モニタリング等)
サプライヤアセスメント:定められた各種アセスメントの実行や評価
Regional / Global Projectsへの積極的な参加
ステークホルダーマネージメント及び良好なコミュニケーション:ビジネスを把握し、必要な購入品についての、購入方法、購入先について、常に適切なアドバイスをする
・契約書:契約書の交渉・締結・管理
ポリシー、プロシージャーの順守
Change Agentとして自らの業務・活動を通じて会社全体に新たな価値を提供する

Job Description
Category Scope - Develops sourcing channels and strategies for all the plant sourcing materials including direct and indirect materials. (in-charge to be determined). Participates in category group strategies and local implementation programs.
Liaises with the Region to ensure spend is managed in line with agreed sourcing strategies. Jointly responsible for local implementation of Regional and Global sourcing strategies.
Sourcing Management ? Represent country in development of Global and Regional strategy. Uses the Sourcing Management Process to apply required tools in the creation and implementation of local source plans to manage assurance of supply, quality, service, cost, innovation and regulatory compliance within the Country, resulting in breakthrough strategies which optimize value and ensure appropriate risk management.
Proactive Cost Management: Achieves cost control, cost reduction, and cost containment targets, and adds value to area of expenditure through a strong total cost orientation. Identifies and documents all cost reduction and profit plan improvements.
Market Knowledge and Insight: Links market knowledge and country requirements to Region sourcing managers supporting the creation of breakthrough strategies.
Supplier Management and Conditioning: Assists in evaluating potential suppliers on country specific issues. Is familiar with the various suppliers and product lines available in stakeholder areas. Responsible for building relationships with Local suppliers and managing supplier performance against business requirements using proven processes; ensures adequate inclusion of diversity suppliers in RFPs and contracts as applicable.
Supplier Quality Control:satisfy quality standard by setting KPI and conduct monitoring.
Supplier Assessment:Implement assessment and evaluate suppliers.
Participate in regional / global projects proactively.
Stakeholder Management with strong communication skills and Business Sponsorship: Represents Global Procurement locally, understanding supply strategies and agreements and describing the benefits to their country based stakeholders. Assists in analyzing customer’s business and evaluate if there are potential savings through supplier consolidation. Responsible for engaging assigned key country stakeholders and partners with them across divisions to define and meet or exceed business requirements and identify and manage profit plan savings targets.
Contract Negotiation and Management: Once strategy is approved, personally leads the sourcing including RFX, RFP, negotiations and contracting for Local categories to put in place the right suppliers.
Work with cross functional teams to ensure compliance of products adhere to procedures, policies and guidelines.
Bring new ideas and deliver new Values to the company as a Change Agent.

    ・多国籍企業の勤務経験
    ・セルフスターターとして複数のプロジェクトを様々な環境下で行うことができる能力、ビジネスニーズとのバランスを取りながら現状に挑戦し、長期プランを描くことができる能力、変化する環境下での購買・ビジネススキルはプラス
    ・電話会議・プレゼンテーション可能なビジネス英語力(TOEIC 800点以上程度)

    Required Skills:
    +5 years Procurement experiences.
    Working experiences for multinational corporation is preferable
    The candidate should be a self-starter; able to work in a dynamic environment and possess the ability to work on multiple projects is required. Need to  challenge the status quo while balancing the needs of the business units and the long term plans. Knowledge of procurement business skills within a changing environment are also an advantage.
    English Proficiency - verbal and written (capable to manage telephone conference and presentation )
    Knowledge of GMP environment is advantageous
